Foreman Civil-Infrastructure

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently and safely, adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Direct and manage a team of skilled laborers, providing clear instructions, training, and performance evaluations to maximize productivity and quality. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays or defects. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings and ensuring all team members utilize proper PPE. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication. Prepare and submit daily progress reports, documenting work completed, resources used, and any challenges encountered during the shift. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent or related field is preferred. Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure construction, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery. Possesses excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
