General Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage all daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger entries. Prepare, send, and track professional invoices for onboarding clinics and B2B medical suppliers. Reconcile monthly bank statements, digital marketplace platform transactions, and payment gateway clearings. Process commission payouts accurately and efficiently for the field sales team. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and UAE VAT filing documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Location & Visa: Must currently reside in the UAE and possess a valid, ongoing residency visa (Spouse, Employment, or Golden Visa). Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid accounting experience strictly inside the UAE market. Experience in e-commerce, trading, or healthcare sectors is highly advantageous. Education & Software: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in modern cloud accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel. Skills: Strong analytical mindset, absolute precision with data entry, and professional fluency in English.
