Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and aggressive: Head of Sales – B2B Broker Acquisition to build, scale, and activate: 1,000,000+ brokers, channel partners, wealth advisors, and distribution partners globally. This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to build: One of the world’s largest real estate distribution & broker ecosystems. The role will focus on: Broker acquisition Channel partner expansion Revenue growth Inventory distribution Relationship management Strategic ecosystem building You will lead the complete broker growth ecosystem including: Broker onboarding Partner engagement Channel sales expansion Distribution scaling Strategic alliances Market expansion across UAE, India & global investor corridors This role is for someone who wants to: Build something massive. Key Responsibilities: Broker Acquisition & Expansion Build and scale broker networks across UAE & India Onboard brokers, channel partners & wealth advisors Expand city-wise and region-wise distribution Revenue & Sales Growth Drive inventory sales through broker ecosystems Scale revenue through channel partnerships Improve partner productivity and closures Broker Activation & Engagement Conduct broker meets, activations & webinars Build referral and loyalty programs Ensure active broker participation and sales Relationship Management Build long-term broker & developer relationships Create strategic alliances across markets Manage high-value channel partnerships Leadership & Team Building Lead and manage: Broker Acquisition Managers Tele-calling Teams Broker Relationship Managers Sales Coordinators Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years in Real Estate B2B Sales / Channel Sales Strong broker & developer network preferred Experience in plotted land or investment sales preferred Proven revenue-generation capability Strong negotiation & leadership skills Experience scaling large partner ecosystems preferred The ideal candidate is: Revenue obsessed Growth driven Relationship focused Highly ambitious Passionate about building large-scale distribution businesses Most Important KPI Build & activate a massive broker ecosystem that drives revenue, inventory sales, and market expansion Compensation & Benefits Competitive Fixed Salary Revenue-Linked Incentives Performance Bonuses ESOP Opportunities Leadership Growth Opportunity Access to High-Growth Investment Projects Opportunity to build a global distribution business from the ground up Why Join Us?
