Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system. Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Coordinate employee training programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies, providing timely and accurate information. Support performance management processes by assisting in the preparation of performance review materials and tracking completion rates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to analyze trends and make informed recommendations to management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to demonstrate foundational knowledge. 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing a solid understanding of HR practices and processes. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems to streamline HR operations and enhance data accuracy. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is an advantage in diverse workplaces. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data and create presentations effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating integrity and professionalism at all times. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization and facilitate teamwork. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, ready to take on new challenges as the HR landscape evolves.
