Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement in workplace safety. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and industry best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and management. Facilitate and lead safety training sessions, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the knowledge to maintain a safe work environment. Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and standards, preparing detailed reports to track progress and highlight areas needing attention. Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending strategies to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into all phases of project planning and execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
