HSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with SARS card to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Candidate must have experience in high rise buildings. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification. Monitor and enforce safe work practices among workers and subcontractors. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports. Conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel. Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, inspections, and training records Assist in emergency response planning and drills. Report HSE performance and recommend corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as an HSE Officer (UAE experience preferred). SARS card is mandatory Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices. Ability to conduct safety training and inspections effectively.
