HSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Conduct daily site inspections and hazard identification. Implement company HSE policies and procedures. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Conduct safety induction and awareness training for workers. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or any related field. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification. OSHA Certification or equivalent safety training certification. Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction. Experience in UAE projects is an advantage. Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Incident Investigation. Mandatory Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards. Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks. Capable of preparing HSE reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and enforce safety compliance on site.
