Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory replenishment schedules based on demand forecasts. Analyze sales trends and inventory turnover rates to inform purchasing decisions and minimize waste. Coordinate with various departments, such as sales and finance, to align inventory strategies with business objectives. Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper inventory handling techniques and system usage. Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
