IT Project Officer - Digital & Enterprise Systems (UAE National)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Looking for an experienced Emirati Project Coordinator to support Project Management and governance of software implementation projects. This is a hands-on coordination role working closely with the Project Manager, business teams, and vendors, for implementation of business applications such as Salesforce CRM, e-Invoicing Solution and other AI based applications. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day execution of multiple digital projects Track plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies Drive follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors Work on project status reports and steering updates Support workshops, UAT, go-live activities, and documentation Thorough documentations such as RAID logs, decision logs, minutes and other project governance artifacts Flag risks and delays early with clear facts Desired Candidate Profile .Qualifications 5 - 6 years experience in project coordination or junior PM roles. Experience supporting technology or digital projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
