IT Sales Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform cold calling and identify potential business opportunities. Fix appointments and schedule meetings for the marketing/business development team. Handle email outreach campaigns and client communications professionally. Explain company services, IT solutions, and project offerings to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to improve conversion opportunities Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling and project discussions. Maintain lead database, CRM records, and sales activity reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with prior experience in Gulf countries, especially in sales, client coordination, or business development roles, will be highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing and coordination abilities. Experience in cold calling and client follow-up. Good understanding of IT services and project coordination. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.
