JIRA Adiministrator - 3M Contract (RAK)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, schemes, and permissions to align with 3M's specific development and operational processes in RAK. Develop and maintain comprehensive Jira documentation, including user guides and best practices, tailored for the 3M RAK environment. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Jira-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to 3M's RAK-based teams. Design and implement custom Jira dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into project progress, team performance, and issue resolution for 3M RAK management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical foundation. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience administering Jira Software, preferably within a large enterprise or manufacturing context. Proven experience with Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center, with a deep understanding of its core functionalities and administration. Certification such as Jira Administrator Certification (ACP-JA) or equivalent, validating expertise in Jira management.
