Joinery Draughtsman cum factory coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for Doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall panelling, and custom furniture Develop: Section details, Material take-offs, Cutting lists, Assembly details Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions. Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers. Issue approved drawings to production team. Plan and monitor factory production schedules. Coordinate between: Production supervisors, Machine operators, Installation team Manage procurement of factory materials Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing. Report production status to management. Maintain drawing registers and revision logs Prepare BOQs and material quantity reports Desired Candidate Profile Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Joinery, or a related field. Hold relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and joinery techniques. Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in joinery draughting and factory coordination. Exhibit a strong understanding of joinery materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes.
