Junior ELV & Technical Support Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities IoT & Payment Systems Integration Next-Gen Deployment: Install and support cutting-edge IoT sensors and smart payment systems integrated with parking and access solutions. Tech Evolution: Stay at the forefront of the industry by learning and deploying new software applications and networking-related environments. System Synergy: Ensure seamless communication between physical hardware (ANPR, barriers) and digital payment gateways. Site Operations & Coordination Active Coordination: Serve as the primary onsite coordinator, managing technical workflows and communicating with client representatives and subcontractors. Site Management Growth: Take ownership of site delivery, with a clear career path toward managing multiple reputed customer accounts. Operational Readiness: Maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and progress reports. ELV & Networking Infrastructure Installation: Hands-on installation and termination of CCTV (IP & Analog), ANPR cameras, and structured cabling (Cat6/Fiber). Network Support: Configure NVRs, VMS, and basic networking hardware (IP addressing, VLANs). Troubleshooting: Provide remote and onsite support to resolve hardware and software glitches in high-pressure. Desired Candidate Profile UAE Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on technical experience within the UAE market is mandatory. Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is required for travel between various project sites. Technical Foundation: Proven skills in structured cabling and ELV systems, with a strong interest in IoT and networking. Shift Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts or irregular hours when required for site maintenance or cut-overs.
