Junior Quality Control Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Execute test cases as per test plans including functional, regression, and integration tests. Report and document defects clearly and track their resolution using bug tracking tools like DevOps. Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with developers and other members of the QC team. Learn automation tools and assist in developing simple automation scripts. Conduct basic API and performance testing with guidance. Support static testing activities and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). Continuously learn and improve testing skills following best practices and company procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems such as DevOps or Jira is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn automation tools and scripting languages. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to execute simple queries. Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in written and spoken English.
