Logistics & Warehouse Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch of flooring materials. Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure timely execution. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability. Logistics & Transportation Plan and coordinate deliveries to customers, project sites, and branches. Liaise with transport providers and drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues. Optimize delivery schedules and vehicle utilization. Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain delivery notes, goods receipt notes, stock transfer records, and other logistics documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations. Generate regular reports on inventory status, deliveries, stock movements, and warehouse performance. Coordination & Customer Support Coordinate with sales, procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment. Handle customer delivery inquiries and resolve logistics-related concerns. Support project teams by ensuring materials are delivered as per project schedules. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes. Implement best practices to reduce operational costs and improve service levels. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Desired Candidate Profile Hands-on professional capable of independently handling warehouse and logistics functions. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
