Machine Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities For Packing: Hands on experience on the following types of Machine: VFFS (European preferred), Cartoning Machine, Collating and Bundling Machine For Processing: Operating Grinding Mill (Pin Mill, Hammer Mill, Sifter etc.) Hands-on Expertise in Troubleshooting, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of machines. Theoretical Capability for understanding basic mechanical/electrical processes and problems. Reporting of Machine breakdowns and Shiftwise Machine Production. Managing his area to ensure Quality Controls, HSE Compliance, and Floor GMP/Cleanliness 24/7 in Operations. Generating spares or service requirements for reducing and resolving machine to share with team lead. Creating and editing system based reports in Computer for machine operations.
