Manager Logistics

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with production and delivery schedules Oversee daily dispatch planning and execution to ensure timely deliveries Manage transportation operations including fleet, third-party logistics, and routing Ensure optimal vehicle utilization, loading efficiency, and route planning Build and manage relationships with logistics vendors and service providers Monitor shipment tracking, delivery performance, and resolve delays/damages Ensure proper packaging standards to prevent transit damage Maintain compliance with documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, planning, warehouse, sales, projects) Drive cost optimization initiatives across logistics operations Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Utilize ERP systems for logistics planning, tracking, and reporting Prepare MIS reports on logistics performance, costs, and vendor efficiency Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field Experience 14–18 years overall experience and minimum 5 years in managerial role UAE experience is mandatory Experience in furniture, fit-out, manufacturing or logistics related industries preferred Employment Type Full Time Company Industry FurnitureFurnishingsHome Décor Department / Functional Area LogisticsSupply Chain Keywords Supply Chain ManagerInventory ControlLogistics PlanningFleet ManagementWarehouse ManagerGlobal Logistics ManagerHead Of LogisticsSupply Chain Management Get real-time job updates only on our App
