MEP Electrical Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Operations & Maintenance Supervise daily MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently with minimal downtime Monitor and execute Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules Troubleshooting & Corrective Maintenance Identify and resolve faults in MEP systems (chillers, pumps, DBs, lighting, plumbing systems, etc.) Coordinate emergency breakdown response and corrective actions Team Supervision Lead and manage technicians and subcontractors Allocate daily tasks and ensure work completion as per schedule Provide technical guidance and on-site support Compliance & Safety Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations Implement and monitor PTW (Permit to Work) system Ensure adherence to Civil Defense and local authority requirements Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of maintenance activities, reports, and logs Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management Track asset history and maintenance records Client Coordination Communicate with clients regarding maintenance issues and updates Attend meetings and provide technical support as required Ensure client satisfaction through timely service delivery Spare Parts & Inventory Monitor spare parts availability and raise material requests Ensure proper utilization and control of materials Desired Candidate Profile Diploma / bachelor’s degree electrical engineering � Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management. � Additional certifications in HVAC / MEP / FM will be an advantage � Strong knowledge of MEP systems in FM environment � Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems � Good communication and problem-solving skills � Fluent in English � Immediate joiners only (within 1–2 days after selection) � Location: Jeddah Working hours: 9 hours/day Weekly off: 1 day Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Facilities Management Department / Functional Area InstallationMaintenanceOperationsRepair Keywords Electrical Project SupervisorSafety ManagementElectrical InstallationsElectrical Field SupervisorElectrical SupervisorProgress ReportingElectrical Construction ManagerTroubleshootingMEP CoordinationMEP Electrical Lead Get real-time job updates only on our App
