MEP Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil coordination. Monitor and guide technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and FM standards. Prepare daily reports, maintenance records, and material requests. Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and site discipline. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems. Ability to handle site operations and team supervision independently. Good communication and reporting skills. UAE driving license is a must. Salary & Benefits will be discussed during the interview.
