Office Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support our roads and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material submissions Coordinate with consultants, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors Prepare RFIs, method statements, progress reports, and project documentation Monitor project schedules and assist in planning activities Maintain proper documentation and records for ongoing projects Assist in quantity take-offs and material tracking Support procurement and technical coordination activities Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements Prepare project correspondence and technical reports Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of: Roads & infrastructure works Technical documentation Project coordination Material submittals and shop drawings Experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Preferred Candidate Previous experience in infrastructure and road construction companies in the UAE Strong technical and coordination capabilities Immediate joiners preferred Employment Details Full Time Abu Dhabi, UAE Competitive Salary + Company Benefits How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV to: +971 56 502 1797 Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords InfrastructureConstructionCivilEngineering AssistantConstruction Office EngineerConstruction CoordinatorProject CoordinatorInfrastructure Get real-time job updates only on our App
