Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders. Configure and implement HRMS modules including Core HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Payroll Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and user manuals. Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. Create New HR-Organizations, Resolve Payroll Issues Create Custom Reports Desired Candidate Profile We are seeking a skilled and motivated HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in HRMS implementation, support, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR business processes combined with technical expertise to configure, implement, and support HRMS solutions. Candidates currently based in Riyadh and available for immediate or short-notice joining are highly preferred.
