Outdoor Sales Executive – FMCG (Non-Food)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG Non-Food distribution team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE market, preferably within the FMCG non-food sector. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company's presence across retail and wholesale channels. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail outlets, wholesalers, and other B2B customers. Promote and sell FMCG non-food products, including Apparel, Home textiles, and Garments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product distribution within the assigned territory. Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and proper shelf placement at customer outlets. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements. Collect customer orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and follow up on outstanding payments in line with company credit policies. Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain accurate sales records. Desired Candidate Profile 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG, preferably Non-Food, within the UAE. Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE retail and wholesale market. Experience handling B2B sales, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and general trade customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
