Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail, prioritizing and responding as needed. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional formatting. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of important information. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative or secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
