Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Parts and shipping Coordinator Job Description Organized Coordinator (preferably with technical background) responsible for: Parts Coordinator Responsibilities: Preparation of spare parts quotes against customer RFQ / business lead. Obtaining PO & advance payment from the customer. Order processing in ERP system. Keep track of warranty/goodwill parts supply. Working close with Global parts & technical support team for providing timely assistance to customers and field engineers. Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities: Prepare shipping documents & quotes for customers. Negotiate with freight forwarders. Keep a meticulous record of shipment information. Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints. Prepare sales reports to After Sales Manager/ senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Or any degree. One to Two years of working experience in the Parts & shipping industry will be an added advantage. Skills Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong record-keeping and analytical skills. ERP / Computer literacy. Flexible working hours. Ability to multitask.
