Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the organization. Review and verify employee timecards and work records to ensure accuracy in hours worked and overtime calculations. Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries, providing insights into payroll costs and trends to management. Desired Candidate Profile 5–6 years of experience in payroll processing. Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables. Experience managing payroll for multiple entities with a combined headcount of approximately 1,000 employees. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
