Personal Assistant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested by the CEO. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail on behalf of the CEO. Arrange and coordinate company events, meetings, and presentations. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external clients and partners. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing records. Manage project timelines and provide updates to the CEO. Take minutes of meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders. Manage personal appointments and schedules, including medical, banking, legal, and other personal commitments. Coordinate personal travel arrangements for the CEO and family members, including flights, accommodation, transportation, travel documentation, and detailed itineraries. Organize and oversee family vacations, holidays, and leisure activities. Assist with planning and coordination of personal events, celebrations, gatherings, and special occasions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred) 3-5 years’ experience Several years of experience as an executive assistant Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external clients Ability to handle correspondence and take minutes of meetings. Ability to manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail.
