Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Research, compare, and book domestic and international flights. Arrange hotel accommodations, transportation, visas, and travel insurance when required. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order. Monitor flight schedules and make changes to bookings when necessary. Coordinate travel logistics during business trips and personal travel. Calendar & Schedule Management Manage appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate schedules and send reminders. Prioritize commitments Administrative Support Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages. Maintain records, files, and databases. Coordinate with stakeholders. Personal Support Assist with personal errands and special projects. Manage reservations for restaurants, events, and other activities. Support day-to-day personal and professional requirements as assigned. Travel Support Accompany the employer on domestic and international trips when required. Provide on-site coordination and administrative support during travel. Be available for occasional short-notice travel. Requirements Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and travel booking platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Valid passport and willingness to travel frequently. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred Qualifications Experience managing international travel arrangements. Knowledge of visa application processes. Experience supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals. Additional language skills are an advantage. Open to travel as per the needs.
