Planning Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Studies and understands the project scope, project activities, project duration, construction methodology, milestones, project constraints etc. Coordinates and consults with Project Director and Project Manager regarding the sequence of work, activity duration, resources etc. Prepares the program of works using latest planning software and technologies. Prepares resource loading program. Updates program of works and issues look ahead schedule. Prepares recovery program in co-ordination with Project Manager if there is any delay in critical activity, for client review and approval. Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports. Coordinates, updates and follows up any pending action with all stake holders directly involved in the clients’ turnaround, as may be recorded in monthly minutes of meeting. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years in construction within UAE / GCC. Proven managerial experience in planning and executing projects of high quality.
