Plumbing Supervisor/Foreman

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate plumbing teams on-site, ensuring all adhere to safety standards and plumbing standards. Develop and manage project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project program and deadlines. Facilitate communication between main contractor and consultant, to ensure smooth project execution. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior plumbers, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly, minimizing project delays and client dissatisfaction. Prepare daily reports/work program and progress report for engineer review. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 Year UAE Experience is mandatory. Experience in Villa/Community project will be an advantage.
