Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst specializing in the fields of electronic payments, money transfer and mobile banking. Main missions Gather, analyze and formalize third-party business needs. Facilitate scoping workshops with the various stakeholders. Write the statements of requirements, functional specifications and user stories. Prioritize and manage the product backlog. To act as the interface between the third-party and technical teams. Participate in the design and improvement of user journeys. Supporting development teams throughout the implementation cycle. Prepare and execute the functional recipes. Monitor anomalies and contribute to their resolution. Participate in the deployment of new functionalities and user support. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent. Approximately 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. Significant experience in the fields of electronic banking, money transfer and mobile banking. Good knowledge of electronic payment methods and digital financial ecosystems. Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Valued skills Knowledge of payment systems and electronic networks. Experience on digital banking or fintech projects. Proficiency in project management and Agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.). Knowledge of national and international money transfer processes.
