Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To actively promote the products offered by HORIZON (perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco, confectionery, accessories, etc.) to customers, at the entrance or inside the Free Shop, through demonstration operations, product presentation and tasting. Actively welcome clients with a neat, professional and dynamic presentation, aiming for a daily number of clients approached in line with defined objectives. Promote current products through demonstrations (spraying, tasting, sampling, product testing), optimizing the trial rate and customer interaction. Highlight different brands or product lines each day or according to ongoing campaigns, while respecting the marketing schedule. Clearly present the characteristics and advantages of the promoted products (composition, origin, positioning, price), with a mastery of the product argument assessed regularly. Collect customer feedback (preferences, comments, reactions) and pass it on to the marketing department to adapt sales actions. Maintain the entertainment area clean, organized and attractive, according to merchandising standards (alignment, visibility, hygiene). Ensure the restocking of samples or test products and participate in the rotation of items in connection with sales flows. Collaborate closely with salespeople, the supervisor and marketing, incorporating feedback into facilitation practices. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in sales, promotion or sales promotion preferred (retail, cosmetics, food, etc.), with a proven ability to convert interaction into purchase. Impeccable presentation, positive energy, a knack for customer contact and a smile. Multilingual proficiency (French, English, Arabic) required. Sense of service, active listening, courtesy and impeccable professional demeanor. Ability to work in prolonged standing positions and availability for flexible hours (weekends, holidays, staggered hours).
