Project Engineer – Facility Maintenance

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and execute facility maintenance projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal maintenance teams. Supervise MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works. Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports. Monitor project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of maintenance activities. Review technical drawings, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and facility management standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions. Support procurement of materials and manage subcontractor activities. Maintain proper documentation including reports, permits, and maintenance records. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or MEP projects. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, BMS, and civil maintenance. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams. Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. Good communication and project coordination skills.
