Project Engineer (MEP/Civil)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Civil Engineer Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and construction operations. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Review drawings, BOQs, and project documents. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to ensure project efficiency. Support project managers in achieving project milestones and successful project delivery. MEP Engineer Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at project sites. Ensure all MEP activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and delays. Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals. Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems during installation and commissioning stages. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding technical matters. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications. Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, and project documentation. Provide technical support and resolve site-related MEP issues during project execution. Desired Candidate Profile Civil Engineer 4–8 years of UAE experience in the construction industry. Experience in building construction, infrastructure, fit-out, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and construction methodologies. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred. MEP Engineer 4–8 years of UAE experience in MEP construction and installation works. Proven experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems installation. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
