Project Engineer (Sewerage)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Desert Man Transporting and Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Sewerage / Wet Utilities to join our growing infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sewerage, drainage, and wet utilities projects within the UAE, with the ability to manage site activities, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and ensure successful project execution according to specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage sewerage and wet utilities construction activities on site Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality of work Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Handle technical issues and provide engineering solutions at site Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in sewerage/wet utilities infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of sewer networks, drainage systems, pipelines, manholes, and related infrastructure works Experience with HDPE, uPVC, GRP, RCC pipelines preferred Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority standards and approvals Strong communication and leadership skills UAE Driving License preferred Immediate joiners will be given preference Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in: Sewerage networks Stormwater drainage Pumping stations Wet utilities infrastructure House connection works Desired Candidate Profile Strong experience in sewerage, drainage, and wet utilities projects within the UAE Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Project EngineeringSewerageWet UtilitiesDrainageInfrastructurePipelinesAbu DhabiCivil Engineer SewerageHDPEStorm Water Get real-time job updates only on our App
