Project Manager Civil

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop project scope, objectives, and execution plans Prepare project schedules and work programs Define project milestones and deliverables Coordinate project activities from initiation to handover Prepare and manage project budgets Monitor project expenditures and cash flow. Control costs and minimize budget overruns Review contractor claims and payment certificates Monitor construction progress and productivity Resolve technical and operational issues on-site Ensure resources, materials, and manpower are available Review contracts, specifications, and tender documents Manage procurement schedules and vendor selection Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled Ensure construction meets design specifications and quality standards Implement quality control procedures Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities Conduct progress meetings and prepare reports Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Address delays, disputes, and unforeseen challenges Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in high rise buildings, hotels, shopping malls, villas & airports Experience in managing large-scale construction projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions under pressure. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team towards common goals. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions.
