QA/QC Inspector

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct rigorous inspections of materials and components to ensure they meet specified standards and regulations. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans. Collaborate with production teams to identify potential quality issues early in the manufacturing process. Utilize advanced testing equipment and software to assess product quality and performance metrics. Lead root cause analysis for any quality failures, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on inspection techniques, quality standards, and compliance protocols. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable. Experience with industry-specific standards like ASTM, ISO, or API is a must. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
