QHSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement QHSE training programs tailored to different roles within the organization, enhancing safety awareness and competency. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes, preparing comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for prevention. Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE considerations into all stages of project planning and execution, ensuring risks are managed effectively. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence to safe work practices. Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation, reports, inspection records, and statutory registers. Implement and monitor the Company's QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH. A minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in QHSE roles, preferably within the facility management industry. Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with a proven track record of implementing corrective actions. Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage. We welcome applications from qualified male and female candidates.
