Quality Control Supervisor – Education Sector

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and ensure consistent quality standards across all academic and administrative processes in the institute Conduct regular audits of classrooms, trainers, teaching methods, and student services Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and checklists Evaluate student feedback and take corrective actions to improve service delivery Coordinate with branch heads, trainers, and administrative staff to maintain compliance standards Ensure adherence to institute guidelines, accreditation requirements, and internal SOPs Identify areas of improvement in training delivery and operational efficiency Prepare quality reports and present findings to management Support staff training and awareness programs related to quality standards Investigate complaints or deviations and ensure timely resolution Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews Work closely with management to enhance overall student satisfaction and institutional performance Desired Candidate Profile Proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance systems in academic institutions. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in training and mentoring staff. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in educational technology tools and data analysis software. Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language relevant to the institution's student body is a plus.
