Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer - Infrastructure

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract Duties Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Conduct quantity take-offs for infrastructure and utilities works Support tender analysis, bid evaluations, and procurement activities Assist in budget preparation and cost planning Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures Post-Contract Duties Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions Evaluate contractor interim payments and final accounts Assess and manage variations, claims, and contractual notices Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget compliance Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients Support dispute resolution and contract close-out activities Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 8–15 years of experience in infrastructure/utilities projects Strong UAE/GCC project experience preferred Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administration Experience in roads, drainage, sewerage, water networks, and utilities projects Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and QS software tools Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Preferred Experience Roads & highways infrastructure Stormwater and drainage systems Water transmission and sewerage networks Pumping stations and utility corridors Utility diversion and coordination projects Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Contract ManagementEstimationTenderingQuantity Surveying Keywords Construction Cost ManagementContract ManagementCost AnalystQuantity SurveyingRisk AssessmentCost ControlCost EstimatorBudgetingCCS CandyPre ContractPost ContractInfrastructureRoadUtilites Get real-time job updates only on our App
