Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Prepare and issue quotations for air, sea, and road freight shipments Respond quickly to pricing requests from sales and customer service teams Coordinate with operations, carriers, and agents to obtain accurate rates Ensure all quotations are competitive while maintaining profit margins Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and tariffs Analyze shipment requirements to select the best routing and cost options Follow up on pending quotations and conversion rates Support the sales team with pricing strategies for key accounts Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval levels Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative solutions Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 1 3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or pricing desk Strong understanding of air / sea / road freight operations Excellent Excel and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication skills in English Company Industry LogisticsTransportationWarehousingCourier Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Quoting Desk Executive- Regional Desk Get real-time job updates only on our App
