R&D Officer - Cosmetics Industry

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milano Cosmetics Factory, Sajaa Sharjah. The Research and Development Officer will be responsible for planning and executing research projects, driving innovation, and contributing to product development. This role entails analyzing data, conducting experiments in a laboratory setting, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve and develop new cosmetic formulations and products. The candidate will also document findings and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
