Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 2–5+ years of proven experience in the UAE real estate market. Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan, secondary, and ready property markets. Existing network of investors, end-users, and high-net-worth clients is highly preferred. Proven ability to generate leads independently and consistently close sales. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong understanding of RERA regulations and UAE real estate processes. Proficient in Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred. Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) are an advantage. Ability to work independently in a 100% commission-based environment. Desired Candidate Profile Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified buyers, sellers, and investors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service. Advise clients on off-plan projects, secondary properties, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements. Negotiate offers and successfully close property sales. Source new property listings and maintain strong relationships with property owners and developers. Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM systems. Coordinate with internal administration and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies throughout the sales process. Attend developer launches, networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand business opportunities. Represent the company professionally while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and customer service.
