Rental Kiosk Executive (Car Rental)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview: The Rental Kiosk Executive is responsible for managing the full cycle of car rental operations at the Thrifty kiosk. This is an all-encompassing role that covers customer service, rental transactions, fleet coordination, payment processing, and day-to-day operational management — ensuring a seamless and professional rental experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Rental Transactions Handle customer reservations, rental agreements, vehicle handovers, and returns. Explain rental terms, insurance options, rates, and additional services clearly and professionally. Address customer queries, complaints, calls, and email communications with a high standard of service. Maintain company grooming standards and uphold a professional kiosk presentation at all times. Fleet Coordination & Operations Monitor and coordinate vehicle availability with fleet teams to ensure timely delivery to clients. Liaise with operations to manage vehicle dispatching, returns, and readiness. Track overdue rentals and follow up with customers on pending returns or payments. Sales & Revenue Promote vehicle upgrades, insurance packages, and additional rental products to maximize revenue. Identify upselling opportunities and convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed bookings. Administration & Reporting Process all rental documentation and payment transactions accurately. Prepare daily operational and sales reports as required by management. Maintain petty cash records and ensure fuel slips are submitted on a periodic basis. Willing to work flexible hours including non-weekend days off as per operational requirements.
