Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all standards of service and food quality are met consistently. Manage budgeting and financial tracking, including cost control measures to maximize profitability. Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the restaurant complies with local laws and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile � Restaurant General Manager Wanted – Turnaround Opportunity � We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full operational responsibility for an established restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. This is not a routine management role. The business is in a turnaround phase and requires a results-driven leader who can increase sales, improve profitability, control costs, and restore operational excellence.
