Retail Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Ensure all stores are operating according to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards. . Coordinate with store managers to address daily operational needs and resolve issues swiftly. . Coordinate product knowledge and sales technique training for Beauty Advisors (BAs). . Conduct regular retail audits to ensure compliance with SOPs. . Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. . Analyze performance trends and support strategies to drive sales and improve underperforming doors. . Ensure proper execution of planograms and seasonal displays in line with brand guidelines. . Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores or counters. . Support in implementing in-store promotions, gift-with-purchase (GWP), and campaign execution. . Support execution of in-store activations, seeding campaigns, and promotional events. . Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and report back for future planning. Desired Candidate Profile A female retail coordinator who is proficient in Excel with experience in retail as coordinator.
