Road Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are currently hiring an experienced Road Engineer to join our growing infrastructure and roads division in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage road construction activities on-site Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and survey teams Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Manage asphalt works, road base, utilities coordination, and earthworks activities Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and project requirements Assist in planning, material coordination, and technical problem-solving Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and work schedules Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of: Road construction Asphalt works Earthworks Utilities & drainage works Infrastructure projects Experience with Abu Dhabi infrastructure standards is mandatory Strong coordination and site management skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting UAE Driving License preferred Immediate joiners highly preferred Preferred Candidate Experience in major infrastructure and roads projects in the UAE Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Employment Details Full Time Abu Dhabi, UAE Competitive Salary + Company Benefits How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV to: HR Whatsapp +971 56 502 1797 Desired Candidate Profile Experience with Abu Dhabi infrastructure standards is mandatory Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Project ManagementRoad EngineerRoadsBridgesConstructionInfrastructureRoadway Designer Get real-time job updates only on our App
