Role Overview As an Off-Plan Property + Secondary sales agent, you will be the face of our flagship developments, guiding clients through exclusive project launches and premium investment opportunities. You will connect buyers and investors with high-potential off-plan properties while building strong, long-term client relationships. Role & Responsibilities: •Present and promote exclusive off-plan property launches with confidence and clarity •Build and manage a strong pipeline of investors, end-users, and high-net-worth clients •Create compelling property listings that highlight investment value and lifestyle appeal •Stay ahead of market trends, new project releases, and developer updates •Conduct professional client consultations and tailored property recommendations •Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless client experience •Coordinate with internal teams for booking forms, contracts, and documentation •Deliver exceptional client service from inquiry to handover stage •Maintain strong follow-up systems to convert leads into successful transactions Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in Dubai. Strong background in Off-Plan Property Sales + Secondary sales Agent. Proven track record in client acquisition, deal closing, and relationship management. Deep understanding of Dubai property market trends and developer projects. Strong personality with excellent communication and persuasion skills. Passion for off-plan property sales and investment consulting. Ability to turn listings into stories that sell lifestyle and ROI. Confident in handling high-value clients and closing deals.
