Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position: Sales Engineer – Pumps / Mechanical Seals & Couplings / Valves / Pipes / Fittings Location: UAE Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development activities for Pumps, Mechanical Seals & Couplings, Valves, Pipes, and Fittings across the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience dealing with industrial, Oil & Gas, MEP, and EPC sector clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and EPC companies. Promote and sell pumps, mechanical seals, couplings, valves, pipes, fittings, and related industrial products. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the UAE market. Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions. Provide product selection support and technical solutions based on customer requirements. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports. Support after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in industrial product sales. Strong experience in pumps, mechanical seals, couplings, valves, pipes, and fittings. Knowledge of Oil & Gas, MEP, water treatment, industrial, and EPC sectors. Ability to read technical specifications, datasheets, and project requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred Candidate Profile Strong technical and commercial understanding of rotating equipment and piping products. Target-oriented and capable of working independently. Experience handling project sales and key accounts is an advantage.
