Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other retail banking products to branch walk-in customers Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for credit card acquisitions and loan disbursements Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable financial products Verify customer eligibility, collect documentation, and process applications accurately Follow up on pending applications and ensure end-to-end closure of each case Cross-sell and upsell additional banking products such as accounts, insurance, and investments Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal banking policies Update daily sales activity reports and pipeline trackers Regards TASC Recruitment Team Desired Candidate Profile Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related field 1–3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services Prior experience in credit cards or personal loans is preferred Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and KYC requirements Employment Type Full Time Company Industry BankingFinancial ServicesBroking Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Credit CardsPersonal LoansBankingSalesBank Get real-time job updates only on our App
