Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Experience in Façade/ building material industry is a plus.
